Abstract

Consider a base station where many transceiver antennas are used to transmit and receive signals. When two antennas that are close to each other are on air simultaneously, mixing can occur in one or both of the antennas. This will generate several new unwanted frequencies which can cause interference in adjacent antennas. This is known as intermodulation. In this paper we will analyze and determine the frequencies for which the intermodulation hits can occur.
