For satisfying the request of multi-constrained QoS (Quality of Service) routing of large-scale multi-domain web streams, a new architecture named Layered Overlay Multicast Network (LOMN) is adopted to improve the service capabilities, which used a layered overlay multicast algorithm with PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization). The proposed algorithm can solve the problem's NP-completeness of the routes' QoS and meeting with the fuzziness of the network status description, and find the QoS-satisfied routes using an effective mathematical model and the PSO. Simulated implementations and performance evaluations have been done over some actual and virtual network topologies, showing that the method can obtain a near optimal solution for building the core multicasting tree.
