Today more and more video is transmitted over IP network and mainly peer-to-peer network. But peer-to-peer solutions can not transmit high quality and high resolution video stream as HDTV. For this we have to create reliable architecture and solve different problems. Our main idea is using manager server in the top of the tree construction for smartly providing alternative parent peers for a case the downloading parent crashes or leaves. Our solution is using minimum reconnection time for parent change and solving the problem as lack in alternative peer. This is one of the main demands in the peer-to-peer video streaming system, as seamless streaming can be achieved with this solution.
