Abstract

The aim of this paper is to introduce a theoretical and practical perspective of the network planning process that could help future algorithm programmers to have a global perspective of the problem in such a way that their algorithms could become more complex, able to tackle multi-optimization. Guidelines have been extracted from a case study: Design of a new IT infrastructure for the Region of Nordjylland [1].
