Abstract

We give theoretical foundations of using the Gnedenko-Kovalenko stream for modeling the traffic stream in regard to spatial and temporal characteristics. We show results of analytic and numerical studies of cyclic control processes in such streams under conflictness conditions. We offer a numerical imitational model that not only allows to watch the traffic on a crossing in video mode, but also computes the basic characteristics of output streams of the system in computing mode and solves the optimization problem by the minimum average weighted waiting time in stationary mode.
