The problem of robust reliable control for a class of uncertain neutral delay systems is investigated. The system under consideration involves state time delay and parameter uncertainties. The purpose of this paper is to design the linear memoryless state feedback controller such that, for all admissible uncertainties as well as actuator failures, the closed-loop system is asymptotically stable. A linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach is adopted to solve the problem.
