Abstract

In this paper, an adaptive inverse filter is applied to estimate the non-cooperative bistatic pulse radar transmitted waveform from a clutter-corrupted direct-path signal, given some a-priori knowledge of the transmitted waveform. Some experiments have been done to simulate the process of direct wave reconstruction using LMS adaptive filter. The simulation results show that the adaptive filter does a fairly good job of mitigating the corruption of the direct-path signal.
