Abstract

This book takes a reasoned approach to clustering. It compares and contrasts numerous algorithms at various points in the narrative. The book flows well from algorithm to algorithm and from application to application. Each chapter from 3 onward has an introduction, one or more sub-chapters on specific algorithms, a sub-chapter on applications, and a summary. The book would be an excellent reference.
