Abstract

In this paper is made an analysis of MER (Modulation Error Ratio) on each carrier for DVB - T signals (Digital Video Brodcasting Terrestrial), within and outside of the urban area which is the testing area. This analysis is performered by means of an options calls "MER by carrier" which is implemented in TV Explorer II+ equipment with which is realized the specific measurements of DVB - T signal.
