Abstract

In this paper, a relay cooperative scheme is proposed for cellular OFDM system. In the scheme, mobile station (MS) reorganizes and recombines the bits stream, and base station (BS) combines the signals from the two independent paths, direct and relay links; at the relay, signals are redesigned. And two relay modes are provided for different scenarios. Furthermore, a supplementary strategy of sub-carriers re-allocation is proposed to enhance the system. Finally, numerical simulation results show that the proposed scheme achieves transmit diversity and improves system performance.
