Abstract

Lots of researches shows that making the best of the characteristics of physical network topology is an important way to improve the performance of P2P network. Most of the P2P simulators ignore the detail simulation of physical network, and physical network simulators haven' t provide special support for P2P simulation. In this article, we' ve designed a P2P general simulator called SSFPSim which supports physical network topology simulating. The simulation results are more reality, and more suitable for P2P research.
