This paper studies the background and development trends of the network Quality of Service (QoS), and then researches the bandwidth broker and the Differentiated Services (DiffServ) network. A dynamic resource management algorithm is proposed to manage network resources, to improve the network available resources through setting up share resources pool to recycle bandwidth. It uses bandwidth broker to resolve the resources waste problem in the static management scheme in the DiffServ network. The DiffServ network model is simulated by NS2 software with the dynamic resource management algorithm or not. The experimental results show that the total numbers of the data transmission have been increased, the packet loss has been reduced, and the network delay and the jitter have also been improved with the algorithm. The dynamic resource management algorithm has enhanced the allocate efficiency of network bandwidth resources and the ability of the admission data.
