Abstract

Implemented techniques of FM detection ranges from passive systems such as Foster-Seeley discriminator to partly integrated such as quadrature detector, and finally to full integration in phase-locked loop (PLL) detector. Alternatively, we propose a system that is free of the limitation associated with the tuning process and imposes no constraints on the FM signal. Also the system can be implemented in full integration. The performance of the system is demonstrated in terms of simulation.
