Abstract

We propose a tool called "tag dictionary" for Web 2.0 society. Its direct application is to reveal the content of a specific web site. We demonstrate that the tag dictionary can be used for general file (image, video, web page, etc.) sorting and categorization. The most important property of the sorting and categorization methods proposed is that a newly inserted file can be indexed and categorized in real time. A computer game "Tag's Clues" based upon the tag dictionary is presented. The game is effectively an educational tool for schoolchildren and foreign language learners. The computer game is easy to implement on a smart phone, thus players can learn a foreign language on demand.
