Fuzzy theory is suitable to capture and analyze the impreciserequirements [2][4], meanwhile, with recent development in XML standards and availability of tools supporting, it has become possible to generate multiple types of document by applying XML documents transformation technology. In this paper, we propose an approach based on the XML schema to defining the transformation rules from imprecise requirements into its corresponding source codes, and constructing the code generator in a semi-automatic manner.
