Abstract

In this paper we discuss how to personalise web pages dynamically, based upon customer profiles generated from a click stream dataset using the cover coefficient algorithm. The personalisation model can be applied in an environment where there is a need to know the habits of customers that is beneficial to both the organisation and the web server administrator.
