Abstract

One important issue when judging mammograms are bilateral comparison. In this pap er, someasp ects onthe problem of determining coordinates of p oin ts inrelation to the anatomy of the breast is giv en. The p oin ts are expressedin anatomical coordinates, making it p ossible to compare mammograms without doing an y geometrical transformations of the images. The method is implemented and is fully automatic.
