The "standard" soft set deals with a binary-valued information system. For a multi-valued information system S=(U, A, V, f), where V=∪a∈A Va, Va is the domain (value set) of attribute a which has multi value (|Va| ≥ 3), a decomposition can be made from S into |A| number of binary-valued information systems S = (U, A, V{0,1}, f). In this paper, we present the notion of multi-soft set representing S based on such decomposition. The AND and OR operations in multi-soft sets also presented.
