Abstract

In this paper we study certain aspects of the important topic of pan-European public administration service delivery. Specifically we describe the requirements posed by pan-European public administration service delivery and in particular, we present the types of knowledge and meta-knowledge required for this purpose. We then present in detail conceptual models -object models and interaction models - that represent this domain. Implementation directions that employ Web services and Semantic Web services are finally sketched.
