Abstract

Over several years, conference management systems havebeen used as an example to illustrate various aspects of computing, inparticular agent-oriented software engineering methodologies. At AOSEin 2007, the conference management system was used as a basis for providinga comparison of different AOSE tools and methodologies fromdifferent researchers. This paper provides an overview of the basic system,and an introduction to the papers describing those methodologiesand tools that follow.
