With the new issues put forward by the Green Building system, a highly complicated systematic project, it is imperative to establish an evaluation tool as the technical support of practical operation. So that it can help to bring consensus for co-operators involved in the whole construction process and at multi-level. Multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is a relatively valid method. In this article, with constructing membership functions for all the factors separately according to their characteristics and by determining the weights of each factor using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), a model which can classify green building into five grades was designed. At the end of the paper, the effectiveness of this approach is proved reasonable by computing some illustrative examples.
