The authority management is one of the core content in all System, particularly the MIS. The realization of authority management can deal with some problems from the fundamental, such as misoperation, misdeletion, and other human factors. It can ensure the data management in program all right, and the users of the system work "in place, but not offside." The research use ASP .NET and C# as the platform, save the system authority in database, set the page as container, encapsulate the logic code of the same document into different page respectively, and transfer the page by the button in client side. The mechanism of authority management suits all B/S system, and effectively blocks the "high cohesion, low coupling". Importantly, the authority control departs into smallest items and to bring the system administrator flexibility in the allocation of authority.
