This paper introduced a reasoning method based on D-S evidence theory for inferring the facts of a law case. For repairing shortage of classic D-S theory, the reliability factor D and correlative coefficient r are introduced to decrease the influence of uncertain evidence and correlative evidence on reasoning conclusion. To apply the method to legal reasoning correctly, it is needed to decide the belief degree of evidence. Some basic rules are put forward to decide the belief degree of some kinds of evidences. There is an example to expound how to apply this method to fuse evidences and get correct conclusion.
