Abstract

The evaluation process takes on a broader and more complex characteristic with the growth of interorganizational projects, programs, and technologies. Facing imprecise or fuzziness factors, most decision making method uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (Fuzzy AHP) method. However, the numbers of comparisons increases with the number of criteria, the decision maker judgments will most likely be inconsistent. This paper adopts consistent fuzzy linguistic preference relations (Fuzzy LinPreRa) method to select e-commerce communication system. The proposed method yields decision matrices for making pairwise comparisons using additive transitivity. Only n-1 comparison judgments are required to ensure consistency on a level that contains n criteria.
