The goal of this paper is to simulate the colors transforms of the reflected light from an illuminated object that passes trough an image capture system. We are interested to see the colors differences at the output of each component from which the light passes. The system consists of a Nikon 55mm photographic objective, a red, green and blue filters and a CCD. Our analysis is based on the spectral power distribution of the illumination sources, object spectral response, human eye response, optical lenses transmission, red, green and blue filters transmission and the quantum efficiency of an n+/psub diode, from which is made the aria of a CCD.
