Abstract

The micromachined tunneling accelerometer has wide applications in the automotive industry. The most important problems that face such accelerometers are range, bandwidth, sensitivity and accuracy. This paper presents new technique for improving system behavior, by using optimal LQR controller. Adequate desired performance is obtained by using the proposed technique.
