Next Generation Networks should allow mobile users to switch network (handover) according to requirements of quality of service attributes while improving the user's experience in the network. In this paper we propose the use of MDA (Model Driven Architecture) to support the management of "handover aware of context and based on feedback". We develop an environment comprised of a networks modeling tool that takes into account context information, called Context Case. This tool makes a service in charge of collecting and presenting, via Web services, information which we call Wireless Footprint. The service is responsible for registering a number of network attributes which are important to keep the user in a topology ABC (Always Best Connect). We present our proposal in the context of a literature review, and include the application of the environment in a typical scenario.
