In the late decades, organizations have committed to improve management of the different processes which comprise their business. They aim to improve constantly competitiveness through restructuring internal processes. Better and more effective processes represent higher competence; it consequently increases organizations' capacity for remaining competitive in several company sectors. That alternative demands molding business processes of the organization. Through that molding, organizations will be able to know their processes better and become more dynamic. Thus, this article presents a method for molding the business process graphics of an organization, the Product Developing Process (PDP). Results will show that the proposed method represents an instructive form of the PDP, which facilitates the understanding of processes, sub-processes, sequential representation of the activities, as well as their relation with other activities and sub-activities.
