This paper presents the issues of defining complexity metrics to business process modeled using EPC (Event-Driven Process Chain) diagrams. Some related works have already defined metrics to general business process models. This article uses some of their results and explains why it is necessary to define specific metrics for EPC diagrams. Finally, this paper proposes a classification and a set of complexity metrics to evaluate EPC diagrams and it also discusses how the proposed metrics can be used.
