Wireless communication system is desired to be bandwidth and power efficient, allow for low complexity transceivers, should be flexible with respect to data rate and provide mitigation against fading. Unlike previous schemes like CDMA and OFDM, a very recent scheme is interleave- division-multiple-access (IDMA) that claims to fulfill all the above requirements. In this paper a multi-user coded and uncoded IDMA communication system is analyzed. Turbo encoder is use as a coding scheme. Estimation is incorporated in the system for improvement performance of channel gains and multi-path delays.
