Abstract

This work is devoted to application of ternary Analytic Hierarchy Process as an attempt to formalize decision makings in public organizations. The ternary version is chosen over the classical one because it can accommodate 'ties', requires less time and efforts from the decision makers, decreases the amount of inconsistency occurrences through the evaluation process and it is sufficient for the task.
