Abstract

In this paper, we present a low-complexity equalizer for Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) systems over rapidly time-varying multi-path channels. By taking advantage of the time-domain receiver windowing, the computational complexity of the equalization algorithm is linear in the number of sub-carriers and turns out to be smaller than the existing time-varying channel equalization methods. Simulations show that the proposed approach exhibits fairly robust to the time variation of channel.
