In this paper, we suggest the efficient allocating method in Service Location Protocol (SLP). From the wired protocol SLP to the wireless protocol, we have to solve some problems. For example, efficient power consumption is the most significant problem that we have to solve. In this paper, we suggest the effective DA placement, and for this method we solved the effective power consuming problem. For this method, we make the new concept named Basement Directory Agent(BDA). It's role is make the networks DA placement's start point. We can effective DAs by using our proposed scheme by BDA
