Abstract

The paper regards scientific, technical, and organization problems in the crisis management. It is dedicated to a technological implementation of the network-centric approach (NCA) for management of complex heterogeneous systems. The publication presents a software architecture that provides structural methodology and instruments for the integration of separate software applications for crisis management scattered over the national territory in a common information and communication environment.
