This paper describes a design of a language learning support environment using handwritten annotation. The system supports the learning using conversation video which is recorded in the student daily life. The system enables the sharing and playing of learning contents among the teacher and students in the class. The teacher and students can annotate the learning contents. In this paper, the system design and the system are described.
