Abstract

Communication transmission failure by destruction of infrastructure such as AP damage in infrastructure based networks. When disaster occurs, related information of disaster is transmitted to users' device. If we depend on existed infrastructure only information transmission becomes impossible by infrastructure damage. There is a problem that users who locate near the disaster area are not able to receive the information about disaster. We proposed scenario which makes possible for users who locate in disaster area to communicate without existed infrastructure through their devices in Ad hoc network. To consist of Ad hoc network, we exploited supporting group in ADOV algorithm to transmit information in real-time such as disaster information.
