Within the scope of publishing industry, there are various solutions which address the issues which arise from the cooperative effort accomplished by publishers and article editors. Many of them employ complex software solutions, lack of flexibility, high costs or other drawbacks. In fact the solutions must be efficient, flexible and cost effective for the publishers and in the same time, easy to use and secure for editors. This kind of practical solution we are trying to describe in the current article, based on our own research.
