In this paper we show that Advanced Round Robin (ARR) scheduler is in the class of Latency Rate servers and it also belongs to the class of Guaranteed Rate servers. We present the latency parameter and the error term of ARR. Next, we evaluate the fairness characteristic. Finally, we describe the relationship between ARR and Generalized Processor Sharing. All of these results can make the comparison of ARR easily to other known schedulers and help designers to apply ARR.
