Abstract

In this paper, we propose a pricig model for variable bandwidth demand services, combined by an optimized resources allocation strategy in an OFDMA based WiMAX systems. The users satisfaction level and the operator revenue are the two keys for the pricing scheme we propose. The relationship with the channels allocation is investigated and a two step based allocation method is proposed using linear programming optimization. We also propose a new scheduling architecture based on a continuous supervision of the satisfaction level of each user. Numerical results proved the effectiveness of our approach in terms of user satisfaction and quality of service enhancement.
