This paper presents a hybrid personalized Web Information Retrieval approach using ontology, user profile and collaborative filtering for getting recommendation of similar users, and evaluates in on the FIRE 2010 English language data set. Empirical analysis reveals that Precision, Recall and F-Score of most of the queries for many users are improved with using the presented method with a search engine.
