The large number of television channels offered by the digital TV, combined with the possibility of recording the audiovisual content offered by various decoders, requires the development of tools that help the viewer with the task of temporal and spatial (between channels) content navigation. This work proposes a timeline-based model which, allows users to select frames of interest at starting points for video playback.
