Abstract

The intelligent analysis of the cytotoxic activities of trifluoro-substituted pyrazolo(1,5-a)pyrimidines was carried out using the strategies of the JSM method, viz., induction, analogy, and abduction. The cytotoxic activity of the compounds relating to this series was predicted, and analysis of this prediction was carried out. The structural fragments that were responsible for cytotoxic activity or its absence, which were obtained on the basis of positive and negative hypotheses, are presented.
