Abstract

In this work the theoretical researches and results of solving a problem of selforganization of information designing on a great number of functioning conditions are presented. Based on the analysis of dissipative structures in the area of projects' management research and experimental developments in the United States, Russia and Japan - a method of nonholonomic planning was suggested. Synthesis of the design system has shown that there is a significant savings of resources, wich required in econophysics.
