ECC combined public key is a new technology of scalable key management. In this paper, we propose an identity-based encryption (IBE) scheme using ECC combined public key (CPK). The scheme is based on bilinear maps between groups and proved semantically secure in the random oracle model under a variant of Computational Diffie-Hellman (CDH) assumption-Bilinear Diffie-Hellman (BDH) assumption.
