We introduce a new model that unifies the probability, the weighted average and the OWA operator in a general framework based on the use of generalized means. We present the generalized probabilistic ordered weighted averaging weighted averaging (GPOWAWA) operator. The main advantage of this model is that it unifies these three concepts considering the degree of importance that each one has in the aggregation. We study some of its main properties and particular cases such as the POWAWA, the quadratic POWAWA, the generalized probabilistic weighted average, the generalized OWAWA and generalized probabilistic OWA operator. We end the paper presenting a further generalization by using quasi-arithmetic means obtaining the Quasi-POWAWA operator.
