Abstract

To clarify the manifold roles of a protein among different protein complexes and to reveal the diversity of information transmission among these complexes, essential elements, tasks, process and experiment are represented. The proposed method benefits exploring potential physiological function of a protein and clarifying how it contributes to the diversity of information transition.
