Abstract

With the continual improving of agile manufacturing and network manufacturing, service-oriented collaborative design and manufacturing is the manufacturing model of the 21st century. Through the scenario analysis of automobile enterprises, the architecture of service-oriented collaborative design and manufacturing system is proposed. The implementation framework based on SOA and MDA is developed. The model driven processes for the development of service-oriented collaborative design and manufacturing system are described. Finally, the simulation-based framework of performance analysis and optimization is presented which support the performance evaluation of the system in SOA environment.
