The management of the Web services refers to two levels: physical and business one. The first level involves the resources allocation necessary to service execute, and the second one service designing and modelling, then deploying, executing and monitoring. In this work the second level is discussed. In particular the problem of the services functionalities management is taken up. An original proposal of the system for managing the services execution in SOKU (Service Oriented Knowledge Utilities) architecture is presented. The aim of the proposed system is improving of the Web services system efficiency by the services discovery and adaptation according to the users' needs.
