Abstract

The paper presents the results of a project for organizational knowledge management. It highlights the knowledge needs and the main barriers for knowledge management implementation in some organizations in Europe, as well as the results of a knowledge audit pilot carried out in selected organizations. On this base are highlighted some challenges for knowledge management implementation and a possible way ahead.
