Starting from a well-known fact that long-lived time-synchronization is very important for efficient use of energy in wireless sensor networks (WSN) and is possible by not only estimating clock phase offsets but also clock skews and drifts, we proposed the Gibbs Sampler as a joint-estimator under exponential noise model for reference broadcast synchronization (RBS) protocol. The performance of the Gibbs Sampler is compared to the best linear unbiased estimator (BLUE), and it is shown to be superior to the BLUE.
